01Can I book an appointment online at KB Men's Salon?
Yes. You can book an appointment online by selecting a grooming service, choosing a barber (for barber services), selecting a date and available time slot, and providing your name and phone number.
02Can I choose my barber?
Yes, for barber services such as haircuts and beard trims: after selecting the service, choose your preferred barber. Team services such as shampoo, hair treatment, coloring, and pedicure and manicure are booked without choosing a barber, and any available team member serves you.
03Can I choose a specific date and time?
Yes. After selecting a date within the next 14 days, the available time slots for that date will be displayed. You can select one of the available time slots to book your appointment.
04Can I change my selections before submitting my booking?
Yes. You can change your selected service, barber, date, or time before submitting your booking, including after reaching the customer information section.
05What information do I need to provide to book an appointment?
To submit an appointment, you need to provide your name and phone number after selecting your service, your barber (for barber services), a date, and an available time slot.
